Hr Manager - $75K-$83K - Arlington, Va

Our client, a non-profit organization in Arlington, VA, is seeking a direct-hire HR Manager to join their team!

About You:

• Experience working in a non-profit/healthcare setting is ideal.
• 5+ years of HR experience; employee relations experience required.
• Proficient in MS Office Products; experience with ATS and/or ADP Workforce Now.
• Experience in a multi-state environment is ideal.
• Required certification: aPHR, PHR, and/or SHRM-CP.

The Job:

• Develop and maintain HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
• Conduct investigations and resolve employee relations issues.
• Support all core functional areas of HR and complete additional tasks as required.
• Manage the recruitment and hiring processes.
• Facilitate meetings, develop/deliver presentations, and develop/maintain employee training programs.
• Manage employee affinity groups and special projects.
