Sr. Executive Assistant - $125K-$140K - Arlington, Va

Our client, a mission-driven non-profit in Arlington, VA, is seeking a Sr, Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to their very busy and dynamic CEO!

About You:

• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in the Arlington, VA office five days/week; MUST be willing and available to work outside of typical work hours (evenings and weekends as needed)
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) is required; must be tech savvy.
• 5+ years of high-level executive support experience is required for this role.

The Job:

• Prepare meeting materials; compile agendas, take minutes/notes, and oversee A/V needs and action items.
• Reconcile receipts and prepare expense reports; track invoices and budgets.
• Manage the CEO's complex and ever-changing calendar; book multi-stop travel, hotel, and car service arrangements.
• Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
• Work in partnership with the Chief of Staff on a daily basis to ensure timely completion of all special projects.
• Provide additional support and complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

This is an exciting direct-hire position with a salary range of $125K-$140K (DOE).
