Hr Generalist Jobs

Our engineering and manufacturing client is looking for an HR Generalist. This Associate level position operates fully onsite in their Springfield, Missouri location; relocation assistance will be provided.

• Salary range: 70k-85k + bonus

Responsibilities:

• Communicate and resolve associate concerns regarding bargaining and non-bargaining issues and concerns.
• Provide support to Human Resources Manager on various projects.
• Represent the Company in enterprise-wide activities.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory, federal and regulatory guidelines and mandates.
• Promote Company values and provide administrative support and documentation for new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations and co-ops.
• Serve as liaison for Corporate representatives and internal / external business partners and agencies.
• Maintain accurate and timely records to generate HR function and plant leadership reports, such as workforce performance management, recruitment, and other metric-driving presentations.
• Drive Talent Management strategies by participating in panel interviews and other talent acquisition activities, such as job fairs and campus recruitment events.
• Hold information sessions to educate associates on Total Rewards, supplemental benefits programs, and other enterprise-wide initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Must have 2+ years of experience in human resources.
• SAP HRIS experience.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Union experience is preferred.
