Job Description
HR Generalist


Yeti Search Group is seeking a Contractor HR Generalist to provide support to 70 - 100 employees.


Location: West Salem, WI



  • Employee on-boarding process.
  • Compliance with all federal and state labor laws.
  • Process Worker's Compensation Claims.
  • Company clothing and apparel inventory.
  • Point of contact for our FMLA - Family Medical and Leave Act.
  • Work on Employee Training Plans.
  • Assist Employee's in choosing proper benefits plans.
  • Support the recruitment process by managing candidate sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and hiring new employees.


Seeking full or part-time contract employee for our HR Team, while our current employee is on leave of absence.


Hours: Must be available between regular office hours 7:30am-4:30pm.


Pay Rate: $25-30/hour based on experience
