We are looking for a talented and motivated System Maintenance/Foundation Support Specialist to join our dynamic team! As a System Maintenance/Foundation Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our system configuration, ensuring security, and providing support for reporting needs. You will also be involved in conducting configuration testing and supporting all phases of testing to ensure smooth operations.
Data analytics and reporting are key aspects of this role, where you will be responsible for preparing reports, scorecards, and dashboards as needed. Your expertise in collecting and maintaining relevant data will enable stakeholders to make informed decisions. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating all payroll data process information for our Finance/Payroll Department, as well as managing benefit program enrollment in HRIS and broker systems.
In addition, you will be the go-to person for HRIS training and hands-on support, collaborating with our Total Rewards & HR Technology Manager to support department projects and initiatives. Your insights and recommendations will be valuable in analyzing current processes and making recommendations for process/customer service improvement through the use of technology.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or Human Resources
1-2 years of related experience
