- Partner with key departments such as office services, security, and IT to collaborate, acquire information, problem solve, and achieve desired results.
- Schedules department meetings and events.
- Maintains department email distribution and phone lists.
- Coordinates, plans and directs services which support the running of the HR department.
- Proactively provide new, creative solutions to business challenges – while also building on existing processes and methods.
- Answer employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR-related matters.
- Assist with employee onboarding and off-boarding
- Perform various administrative tasks, duties, and activities in support of the HR department
- Ensures HR departmental administrative operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- May provide administrative support to HR department executive(s).
- Collates, maintains, and processes expenses.
- Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- 3+ years experience as an Administrative Assistant or providing administrative support to executive leadership within a HR department preferred
- Demonstrated planning and organizing skills.
- Demonstrated administrative experience with an ability to carry out all office functions proficiently, and to complete quality work on a timely basis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required, especially PowerPoint, Teams, Word, MS Office and other features.
- Excellent judgment as well as the ability to work with confidential documents and information.
