Job Description
Cleantec, a Central New York based facilities services company, is seeking an Administrative Support Assistant to assist with Human Resources tasks and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have experience with working with people, as well as experience handling a range of administrative and support-related tasks. On the job training will be provided.


Responsibilities


  • Data entry and management as needed with company systems
  • Interface with employees, potential hires, various internal departments, and occasionally clients and vendors
  • Administrative duties such as answering phones, calendar management, filing, etc
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Assist with compiling and distributing information and materials for meetings
  • New employee onboarding tracking and management
  • Human Resources tasks such as employment verifications, processing terminations, assisting with unemployment claims, and other tasks as needed.
  • Manage all information with absolute confidentiality

Requirements


  • A high level of computer/technological literacy
  • Human Resources or Administrative work experience a plus
  • Ability to follow instruction and perform a wide range of tasks
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are a must
  • ADP experience is a plus
  • Ability to communicate and interact with employees at all levels
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, etc.)
