THE JOB:

As a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned floors and to ensure the overall cleanliness of property rooms. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Supervise Housekeeping employees to ensure they are alert to all their duties.
• Provide a high level of service when engaging with guests, using problem-solving, attention to detail, and guest safety.
• Maintain and submit all housekeeping records and equipment accurately and in a timely manner.
• Inspect guest rooms and bathrooms to meet standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance.
