Dietary Aide - Full-Time

Shell Rock Senior Living , a 44-bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) ) with an additional 30 apartments dedicated to Assisted Living (AL) located in Shell Rock, IA , is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our team. Dietary Aides are highly valued employees who bring a friendly demeanor to the daily lives of our residents.:
CURRENT NEEDS: Full and part-time opportunities available
BONUS: Full Time $500 Part Time $250
Job Summary: Dietary Aides assist with the preparation and serving of thoughtfully presented meals to our residents. You will work as part of a team to maintain proper sanitation protocols, follow guidelines of resident meal plans, all while communicating positively with team members and residents.
Qualifications:

• Able to interact professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents’ families, and employees.
• Ability to read and understand directions.
• Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
