Job Description

Salary Range: $89,356.80 - $134,014.40

Summary of Duties: The Executive Assistant III provides administrative and clerical support to the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Also provides support within the division as directed by the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Provides clerical, typing, personal computer and administrative support services.

In addition to performing the essential functions of the job, may also be assigned other duties as required.

Educational Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree desired.

Experience Requirements: Five (5) years of administrative support experience as an Executive Assistant required, preferably in health-related field. Knowledge of computer operation applications, such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint required.

Special Skills or Abilities: Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of information. Strong verbal and telephone communication skills required. Proofreading skills (punctuation, grammar, spelling) required. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities. Good planning and organizational abilities. Emotional stamina to work in a stressful environment.
