A day in the life of our Housekeeping Dispatcher … it demands high levels of energy in order to keep up. • Our Housekeeping Dispatcher are responsible for reading and following up on all requests on log book. Ensures that key and radios distribution and inventory is consistent. Records and updates employee attendance on a daily basis. Performs basic clerical assignment when needed. Ensures that all turndown attendants caddies are properly stocked.

• Our Housekeeping Dispatcher maintains accurate and concise reports i.e. traces, departures, in-coming calls, work tickets the organization and cleanliness of the Housekeeping office. Prepares the following day schedule by comparing with forecast. Reports maintenance work tickets according to procedures.

• Sometimes our guests have special requests involving “Rush” rooms service and special request and informs the Supervisor of their priority. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Housekeeping Dispatcher.
