Resort Housekeeping Dispatcher Jobs

Responsible for the cleanliness of entire lobby; all entrances, including glass doors, windows; Men's and LadiesRooms; Front Office Reception; Lounge; Shops.

Maintenance and cleanliness of all equipment used by him/her.

Also, to be hospitable to our guests and to other team members.

Must be physically fit and have the ability to bend, stoop and lift.

One year related housekeeping experience required.

One year hospitality customer service experience preferred in discipline.

Legal and identify theft plan

Provides information to callers, including external sources, which requires a comprehensive knowledge of company policy and procedures

Answers, assists and forwards telephone calls as appropriate

Schedules appointments, submits payroll and processes all necessary paperwork for the Housekeeping Department

Responds promptly and courteously to guest and associate request ensuring proper follow up

Promptly reports any maintenance problems with equipment, property or guest needs to supervisor

Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned

Detail oriented with organizational and time management skills.

Two-years experience in Housekeeping, preferably as a supervisor

Refined verbal and written communication skills

Experience in hospitality housekeeping preferred

Experience in taking care of guests in a fast paced environment

At least 1 year experience in Custodial or Housekeeping

Clean Guest rooms, including strip and make beds, vacuum, dust and scour/sanitize bathrooms, and dispose of trash

Replenish items such as towels, amenities and supplies

Clean appliances and wash dishes

Inspect and spot clean carpets

Report all unsafe or hazardous conditions, incidents, accidents, and/or defective equipment to their manager

1 year of housekeeping/cleaning experience is preferred

Demonstrated knowledge of general janitorial work and safety measures when using various cleaning chemicals
