Your Job Responsibilities Of a DISPATCHER

• Manage the day-to-day functions of our drivers by dispatching, monitoring, tracking, and communicating with them.
• Implement our quality-driven process to exceed our customers' expectations
• Mentor drivers as needed by setting clear expectations regarding safety, compliance, and on-time performance
• Must be able to think out of the box.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our drivers and customers.
• Ensure our operations plan is followed and report any deviations to the customer in a timely manner

Qualities Of a DISPATCHER

• Fast Paced Environment-Need people that take initiative instead of waiting for direction.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word is required.
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
