Coke Florida is looking for a Dispatcher that will be a remote position, focusing in the Tampa area . We're currently looking for a night shift.

What You Will Do

As a Coke Florida Dispatcher, you will be responsible for the planning a nd dispatching of routes, products, and delivery associates in an accurate and timely basis to meet established metrics.Dispatchers will work closely with management teams to ensure that scheduling, routing and service are optimized and efficient.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Providing daily communication to management on labor and equipment needs.
• Continuously improving our dataset in an effort to optimize our model and service.
• Working with management teams to ensure that scheduling, routing and service are optimized and efficient.
• Using software and tools to identify the lowest cost solution based on need.
• Planning and dispatching in an accurate and timely basis to meet established metrics.

For This Role, You Will Need

• High School Diploma/GED required
• At least 1 year of prior work experience

Additional qualifications that will make you successful in this role:

• At least 1 year of planning or analytical experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred
• Customer focused: Demonstrates a commitment to service which leads to satisfaction for both internal and external customers
• Aptitude for technology: Quickly learn and apply knowledge, skills, and judgment by assessing and translating information technology into responsive and effective planning solutions. Experience with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) required. Preferred experience with ERP systems such as SAP, ORACLE or JDE.
• Relationship management: Establishes rapport and develops relationships with all key stakeholders.
• Problem solving: Evaluate a problematic situation and create a resolution based on planning and reasoning. Use logic, judgment, and data to drive decisions.
• Analytical skills : Visualizes, articulates, and solves both complex and uncomplicated problems and concepts and make decisions that make sense based on all available information.
• Teamwork: Able to work as part of a multifunctional team to meet desired business goals.
• Planning & prioritization: Determine the necessary sequence of activities and the efficient level of resources required to achieve both short- and long-term goals.
