Hotel Overnight Loss Prevention/Security Dispatcher

The Overnight Loss Prevention/Security Dispatcher plays a vital role in preventing theft and keeping the hotel guests, customers, and colleagues safe. This is a fast paced position with contact customer interaction that requires organization and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work afternoons/evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Perform all duties as assigned by the Security Supervisor/Director
• Responding to medical emergencies on the premises
• Assist customers, guests, and colleagues with any security related issues or questions
• Conduct foot patrols throughout the property
• Dispatching calls and answering phones
• Reviewing camera footage
• Supervising and dispatching the Bellstand function of the hotel
• Monitoring the employee entrance, signing out guest passes to vendors, and conducting bag checks.
