The Social Worker Role:
In this position you will work independently, providing psychosocial assessment, treatment planning and referrals to patients and families at Regions Hospital Inpatient Rehab Facility, using a full range of treatment modalities. To participate as an integral member of an interdisciplinary health care team. To provide education to other health care professionals in the psychosocial aspects of patient care.

Job Qualifications:

Required:

MSW from a program accredited by the Council of Social Work Education or similar accreditation body designated by the Minnesota Board of Social Work. 1 year of experience in healthcare or social services. Licensure level of LGSW through the MN Board of Social Work.
