Growing Home Health Company

Hiring: Home Health Director of Operations

Location: Dallas, TX

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000

Travel: 40%


As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and strategic direction of our home health company. You will work closely with the executive team to ensure the highest level of service delivery, quality care, and operational efficiency. Your strong leadership, business acumen, and healthcare expertise will be instrumental in achieving our organizational goals and maintaining our position as a trusted provider in the industry.


Required:

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Veteran’s Services Contracts experience a plus
  • Proficient in using technology and software applications relevant to the home health industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans and achieve organizational goals.
  • Strong knowledge of home health regulations, reimbursement systems, and industry trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to drive operational and financial performance.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing interdisciplinary teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Brightree Database experience is a significant plus
  • 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in home health or a related healthcare setting.
