Responsibilities
FULL DESCRIPTION:

• Provide back up for team members.
• Locates charts for assignments
• Distributes records and charts to physicians and editors.
• Scans documents
• Reviews discs to ensure data is accessible
• Process all incoming correspondence for supplemental requests.
• Log in all correspondence for supplemental requests.
• Answer status phone calls and emails

Requirements

• Sharefile, Access and UPS software all pluses
• Strong written, verbal and listening communication skills
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer software knowledge (Outlook and Microsoft Office a must)
• L Typing and data entry skills

$18-$19 DOE
