Job Description

Your Impact:
  • Maintaining documentation for all Service Desk and end user processes and procedures
  • Providing support in-house and at client locations (remote, onsite fill-in, or assignment)
  • Installing, repairing and configuring PC’s, peripherals, and other end user equipment including, Android devices, MACs, iPhones and iPads
  • Providing the highest level of customer service for all levels of the business and external clients
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve break/fix and configurations issues with hardware and software in Microsoft networking environment.
  • Ensuring timely resolution of technical support requests according to published SLA’s within approved policies and procedures.
  • Creating and updating articles in Knowledge Base as needed
  • Able to field all incoming cases from basic end user/hardware support to advanced troubleshooting
  • Able to work extended and flexible hours, including occasional nights/weekends per an on call schedule and best effort case
  • Providing support to all customers in the office and occasional home locations
  • Responsible for providing desktop support for computers and software through phone and direct contact with the clients
  • Presenting a professional appearance and demeanor for both internal business and external clients
  • Fielding inquiries/problems and providing updates to all users on progress and completion of requests
  • Liaising with technology vendors for support and installation services
What you’ll offer:
  • Remote Desktop Troubleshooting Experience (I.E. – Remote Event Viewer and Log Analysis)
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Follow-up with users until issue is resolved.
  • Must be able to manage time effectively and to be motivated, reliable, and a self-starter.
  • Experience working in a 400+ user enterprise environment with a broad range of technologies with a strong focus on Microsoft networking and MS Office applications.
  • Answer phones, dispatch ticket queue, & answer emails.
  • Candidate must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Helpdesk for both phone and desk side support (in Financial Services a plus).
  • Must have working knowledge of TCP/IP networks and internet protocols
  • Candidate must have advanced proven experience with, Windows 10 and MS Office 2016. (M365 a plus)
  • Experience in using a Trouble Ticket system. (ServiceNow a plus)
  • Act as the single point of contact to the user for all IT related requests.
  • Experience in configuring and supporting iPhone and Android devices in Microsoft Exchange based networks with AirWatch / Blackberry UEM MDM solutions.
  • Candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Log all tickets with complete and pertinent details.
We’d love to see:
  • RSA or similar two-factor authentication method experience
  • Cat5e and Cat6 patching and troubleshooting.
  • Global Protect VPN troubleshooting experience
  • Airwatch or equivalent MDM experience.
  • Citrix XenApp/Xendesktop experience.
  • Understanding of Active Directory environment
  • Experience with AV and Video Conferencing (configuration and support).
  • Current industry certification.
  • Cisco IP Telephony phone administration experience.
  • Bomgar Representative Console or similar support tool experience
  • McAfee Suite experience
  • Bloomberg Terminal experience

The base salary range for this position is:
$100,000 - $150,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits as well as the potential for an annual bonus consideration.
