As our Help Desk Support Analyst you will provide technology support to our residents and employees in 22+ communities. Every day you will answer customer calls and emails, troubleshoot issues, document support provided, and collaborate with your help desk team members in support of 15,000 tickets per month. To thrive in this job you must have worked in a call center environment, are able to build rapport quickly over the phone, feel comfortable explaining how to add devices to a secure network for our residents, and have provided support using remote desktop control. This is a fully onsite job located in the Baltimore area.

We are looking for a Help Desk Support Analyst with experience in the following:

  • Supporting desktop, laptop and network issues
  • Scheduling appointments for computer services through a ticketing

system

  • Leveraging knowledge base articles to resolve customer incidents
  • Working in a team environment
  • Learning new systems and applications quickly to provided needed customer support
  • Analyzing incoming issues, reporting severity and impact and escalating when needed

Compensation:

Commensurate with experience starting at $22.00/ hourly
