As a Support Technician & Help Desk Agent your daily activities include helping customers around the world deploy and understand Company.com cloud technologies to improve their business. You will have opportunities to configure and deploy portals, design and implement Intranets/Extranets, web database applications, consult, train and provide implementation services. Requirements
  • Experience with database design is preferred
  • Comfortable using Internet/web-based tools and basic computer hardware setup
  • Good grasp of networks, email systems, DNS, CNAME, MX records...etc
  • Advanced understanding of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.), Windows OS, Mac OS X, Android OS, iOS, and modern web technologies
  • Experience with Joomla is preferred
  • 3+ years of technical service or technical support experience
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred or an equivalent combination of education, training and related work experience will be considered (BS in computer science or related field preferred)
