The Ideal Candidate
- Possesses exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Possesses excellent written skills
- Is ready and willing to learn
- Possesses strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
- Demonstrates creative problem solving and organizational skills
- Is a self-starter and results-oriented
- Is high energy, focused with a "rolled-up sleeves" attitude

- Experience with database design is preferred
- Comfortable using Internet/web-based tools and basic computer hardware setup
- Good grasp of networks, email systems, DNS, CNAME, MX records...etc
- Advanced understanding of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.), Windows OS, Mac OS X, Android OS, iOS, and modern web technologies
- Experience with Joomla is preferred
- 3+ years of technical service or technical support experience
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred or an equivalent combination of education, training and related work experience will be considered (BS in computer science or related field preferred)
