Scion Technical has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Remote Help Desk Specialist, Tier IIfor our client, a managed services provider (MSP)in Denver, CO!

- Managing disaster recovery and business continuity solutions
- Troubleshooting technical issues with Microsoft's core business applications, cloud offerings, and virtual environments
- Communicating directly with clients
- Implementing and supporting remote access solutions, including VPNs, terminal solutions, and Citrix
- Supporting networking equipment, including WAN, LAN, routers, and firewalls
- Strong foundation in Network Administration including hands-on work with DNS, DHCP etc.
- Excellent ability to interface with clients
- 1+ years of experience in Help Desk Support, ideally in an MSP environment
