Job Description
  • Ability to respond to emergencies and re-prioritize workload as needed.
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Valid Washington State Driver’s License
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, work drawings, and code books.
  • Trained-in and able to perform refrigeration and air conditioning work
  • Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning mechanical and electrical systems and equipment, including the operation of electric motors, air compressors, boilers, HVAC direct digital controls, and related equipment.
  • Ability to design and fabricate ventilation ducts.

  • Fork Lift with Aerial and Boom Truck License
  • Ability to operate a personal computer using Windows-based software.
  • Ability to inspect, maintain, and repair boilers, motors, furnaces, heat pumps, gas packs, exhaust fans, variable air units, air handlers, air conditioners, ice machines, ovens, water chillers and other cooling units.
  • Ability to maintain up-to-date service records and to accurately and legibly complete work documentation such as labor and material records using basic arithmetic.
  • CPR and First Aid Certifications
  • Ability to work independently and establish daily priorities with a minimum amount of supervision.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with others
