The Service Technician I is critical to our success in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service as it relates to the diagnosis, repair, and preventative maintenance of commercial and industrial HVAC equipment! The HVAC equipment you will be servicing includes large and small rooftop units, split systems,chillers, and boilers.

A Day in the Life:

• Assist with rebuilds HVAC & applied equipment.
• Inspect equipment to identify potential problems to prevent premature and unexpected breakdowns or callbacks.
• Perform and assist in the maintenance of commercial HVAC equipment including logging machines, cleaning coils, brushing tubes, replacing filters, replacing belts and proper lubrication.
• Assist in warranty service application by inspecting and testing systems to verify functionality related to fan coils, water source heat pumps, applied air handling units, rooftop units, cooling towers, and condenser tubes.
• Assist with repair and replacement of defective equipment, components, or wiring related to fan coils, water source heat pumps, applied air handling units, rooftop units, cooling towers, and condenser tubes.

What you will Bring:

• Required license(s) and/or training card as required by local law district
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of HVAC Mechanical Experience
• Ability to lift 50lbs with or without an accommodation
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
