Health And Nutrition Educator

Seeking an RDN/CDN at least 2-3 years experience in clinical and/or ambulatory care for in-person and virtual counseling. Join an interdisciplinary team focused the prevention and management of diabetes, cardiovascular, obesity, and other lifestyle-related conditions. Work alongside primary care providers and endocrinologists to assess, counsel, guide, and educate. Coordinate and manage care needs as appropriate to community dietitian scope of practice and to provide high quality patient-centered care. Specialization and education desired includes Masters degree and willing to obtain CDCES within 6 months of hire. Skills/knowledge such as a fluency in Spanish fluency or other language, awareness of weight-neutral and anti-bias approaches to care, and certification as CNSC, Lactation Counselor, Weight Management, etc all highly valued.
