About Slip Robotics:
- Identify, target, and close key customers in the transportation, manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics sectors
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and revenue objectives, and exceed sales targets and quotas
- Maintain regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team
- Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects, customers, and industry stakeholders
- Collaborate with the product and applications engineering teams to provide customer feedback, support product enhancements, and enhance solution offerings for specific industry and customer types
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent Slip Robotics and network with potential customers
- Own the sales pipeline and CRM system, and implement new systems and processes to enhance sales and team efficiency and performance
- 5+ years of experience selling mobile robots and/or advanced technologies to customers in the manufacturing, transportation, warehousing, and/or logistics sectors
- Deep experience and relationships in automotive manufacturing is a big plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts effectively and guide prospects to adopting new technologies and processes
- Strong understanding of manufacturing material flow design and/or transportation operations is a big plus
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM systems
- Willingness to travel ~50% of the time to meet with customers and prospects
- Strong bias for action: Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve results
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
