Requirements
About the role
You will be accountable for leading and managing the administration of our equity plans and platform for our global team, ensuring equity awards are administered accurately and timely in accordance with Rokt’s Employee Handbook and all global regulatory and tax requirements. You will work proactively and closely with the Payroll, People, Accounting, and Finance teams.
Responsibilities
  • Lead efforts to implement a new global equity platform - Shareworks
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, and People teams to ensure the equity administration processes support the Company and stakeholders broadly, including compliance, tax treatment and reporting, global mobility matters and regulatory requirements as we approach IPO and beyond
  • Work closely with the Accounting team to ensure the completeness, accuracy and efficiency of all equity journal entries. Support external audit requests for information, as required.
  • Partner with the People Operations team to implement end-to-end process improvements to ensure compliance with Rokt’s Career Ladder and Employee HandbookImplement and manage the end-to-end administration of Rokt’s global equity award platform. Process all new equity awards, option exercises, terminations, cancellations, repurchases, and modifications.
Lead efforts to grow and scale the equity administration function, including but not limited to, enhancing existing manual processes and automating processes.Establish proper policies, procedures and documentation. Work with the Accounting team to document and perform key internal controls in line with public company requirements.
Requirements
  • 8+ years experience in equity administration
  • Experience in a high-growth, public company a plus
  • Strong project management skills and excellent attention to detail. Ability to provide clear reporting to executive management.
  • Experience working in a global environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Human Resources, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • Process oriented and ability to work cross-functionally to design accurate and scalable processes
  • Experience with equity platforms as well as major Payroll and ERP systems required (e.g. Shareworks, ADP, Workday)

Salary Range: $165,000 - $185,000 /year + equity + (great) benefits!
