Job Description

Squark is seeking a Head of Demand Generation to join our team and help us scale our business. This is a key leadership role, reporting directly to Squark’s CEO, but which requires a highly collaborative leader who can also partner closely with the Co-Founder/Chief Evangelist, Head of Sales and other key stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

  • Work with CEO & Head of Finance to track and continuously improve Marketing KPIs including CAC/LTV, NPS
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and revenue. The key metric for success will be delivery of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
  • Track, measure and continuously improve the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns
  • Manage and promote Squark’s online & social media presence
  • Manage and promote Squark’s involvement with selected online and live events


Qualifications:

  • Self-starter who can work independently but also as part of a team.
  • Domain expertise in Revenue Operations, Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Machine Learning (ML), Customer and Business Analytics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of inbound and content marketing.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing with a strong demand generation focus
  • Experience with WordPress, Hubspot, Zoominfo, Elementor, and Trender.ai.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
