Demand Manager - Remote | Wfh

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a demand plan that exceeds customer service expectations and supports company goals.
Collaborate closely with sales, production, and other teams to gain insights into demand drivers and accurately forecast future requirements.
Identify and address potential risks that could impact supply and demand, ensuring uninterrupted operations.
Monitor inventory levels and implement proactive replenishment strategies based on demand fluctuations.
Foster collaboration with transportation and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Analyze and report key metrics, such as forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and customer service levels, to drive continuous improvement.
Continuously enhance the demand planning process and utilize effective tools to optimize results.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience of 5+ years in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain management.
Familiarity with the mining and metals industry is advantageous.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to navigate complex supply chain dynamics.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
