Demand Manager Jobs

Deacero USA is a leading Steel Product Manufacturer in the Mining & Metals industry. We are seeking a Demand Manager to join our team. The Demand Manager will play a key role in ensuring that our operations are aligned with customer needs and expectations. The successful candidate will be responsible for balancing supply and demand, managing inventory, and working closely with sales and production teams to plan ahead and ensure timely delivery to customers. The role reports to the Supply Chain Director.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and report on key metrics including forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and customer service levels
• Work with sales, production, and other departments to understand demand drivers and forecast demand accurately
• Continuously improve the demand planning process and tools
• Collaborate with transportation and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery to customers
• Identify and mitigate risks that could impact supply and demand
• Develop and execute a demand plan that meets customer service levels and company goals
• Monitor inventory levels and implement demand-driven replenishment strategies

Requirements

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience in the mining and metals industry is preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• 5+ years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain management
