Purpose
  • Lead the Development and execution of the overall commercial strategy for Dr. Reddy's Laboratories US Biosimilar / Biologics business. This role will be based in Princeton, NJ (Hybrid) and will report directly to Chief Executive Officer - North America
Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership by setting the vision for the business
  • Drive commercial performance through pricing, value added offerings, and strategic alliances
  • Responsible for growing biologics revenue opportunities through new business development, engagements, and negotiations
  • Develop go to market strategy, resource requirements, launch strategy, market access and payer strategy, patient support programs, etc. with cross functional partners as well as aligning them to accomplish the vision
  • Identify opportunities for post launch; proactively cultivate internal and external pipeline (product launch)
  • Identify, communicate and manage risks and opportunities with new and existing partnerships and strategic alliances
  • Proactively research new markets and emerging trends, recommending new products and services, proposes and develops new strategic partnerships to expand the portfolio
Qualifications / Skills
MS/PhD in Science and / or degree in Business Administration; MBA preferred
  • Proven ability to work effectively across a matrixed organization
  • Experience developing ops/ business plans and representing novel opportunities and issues management plans to senior leadership
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills
  • Good financial and business acumen
  • Strong ability to lead, influence and drive performance
  • Minimum 10 years of commercial experience in the biosimilars / biologics; inline and pipeline marketing, market analytics, franchise and corporate strategy, customer and account management, business development
  • Strong analytical skills including capabilities for translating customer insights into actionable commercial or engagement plans
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident of U.S. or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

At this time, vaccinations are not mandated for Princeton-based employees but may become required in the future.
