What You Get To Do

As a Guest Arrival Concierge, you’ll help deliver great guest experiences from the get-go. You’ll perform the highest standards of service while promoting a positive atmosphere for everyone you come into contact with. Get ready to help us show our best right when guests first show up! You will:

• Resolve guest conflicts
• Serves alcohol in compliance with company’s policy
• Perform other duties as needed
• Administer park surveys to guests as they are leaving the park
• Ensure guests leave with a positive and lasting impression
• Answer multiple phone lines
• Reunite guests with lost items

What It Takes To Succeed

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle confrontations with professionalism
• Ability to use computer systems and handle cash
• Ability to work independently to achieve guest satisfaction
• Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to work in any weather condition
• Flexibility in working a varied schedule

Compensation

• $16.30 per hour
