Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION


Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting Leisure Travel Advisors with creating, managing, and completing travel arrangements for varying clientele within our standards and protocols
  • Performing clerical duties as assigned, which include but are not limited to client-based invoicing and contacting vendors with requests, payments, and general information
  • Conducting general research, building itineraries in Pocket Travel Consultant (Axus), and maintaining databases
  • Creating correspondence, forms, and other documentation in Microsoft Office
  • Working with Leisure Travel Advisors to resolve customer service issues in a timely manner
  • Providing support and customer service with a high degree of initiative, confidentiality, and professional demeanor

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

  • Ability to work cohesively with a team to ensure worldwide coverage for clients
  • Exceptional communication and mathematical skills
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet specific deadlines
  • Knowledge of best practices within the travel industry
  • Ability to meet customer needs on a global scale
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
