Responsibilities
- Conversion Tracking & Attribution
- Manage projects and client communications for the department including:
- Marketing Analytics
- Website & Landing Page Building/Optimization

- Work Schedule: EST or New York time zone
- Communication Requirement: Native or fluent English skills (written and verbal) since this could be a very client-interfacing role.
- Organic Social Media Management
- Act as a liaison between the Sales, Paid Media, and SEO departments to improve knowledge and understanding of products, services, and offerings with the intention of improving the quality of leads, and prospects sold into thedepartment.
- Address client concerns and strategize creative solutions for client needs outside of Paid Media and SEO services.

- Be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring proper deliverability and smooth communication between the client and Galactic Fed.
Requirements
- Required: Complete fluency in English written and verbal communication is required. No exceptions.
- Required: Ability to or understand HTML, CSS, JS, and API Integrations.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere.
- Preferred: Knowledge of integrations cross-platform (CRM, Websites, Mobile Applications)

- Ability to clearly and effectively articulate insights and recommended actions.
- Strong levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation. We do not micromanage and encourage ownership of your projects and accounts.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Required: Expert experience in Analytics (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel)
- Nice to have: Experience with copywriting and brand marketing. Soft Skills:
- Nice to have: Some experience in Paid Media Channels (Google, Facebook, Pinterest, Linkedin, Apple Search Ads, Twitter, Programmatic, Bing, YouTube, etc)
- Strong levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation. We do not micromanage and encourage ownership of your projects and accounts.
- Required: 2+ years of experience in a cross-channel digital marketing role (Email, Websites, Social, CRM, and/or Paid Media) with budgets and users exceeding 20k/mo.
- Required: Expert experience in Funnel Marketing (Landing Pages, CRO, Conversion Tracking, Email Marketing)
- Ability to clearly and effectively articulate insights and recommended actions.
- Preferred: Experience managing / coaching a team of 4+ is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
