Job Description
Our office has openings for paralegals / legal document assistants to work at our offices in Granada Hills. These are full time positions that offer competitive pay and benefits (medical/dental/vision/401K/paid time off/paid holidays).


Background as a paralegal (or legal document assistant) and experience in family law, wills, living trusts, or probate is desirable. The position can be filled at entry, intermediate or advanced level. However, all applicants are encouraged to apply regardless of experience.


Desired qualifications:


  • Serious and Responsible
  • Education in Paralegal Studies - certificate in paralegal studies or higher
  • Experience in any of the areas of family law, wills, living trusts, and/or probate is desirable but not required
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Notary Public is desirable but not required
  • Current notary public or willing to become a notary public
  • Very Reliable and Trainable
