Job Description

As a Paralegal at Circadia Health, you will be an integral part of our legal team, providing essential support to the legal department and other stakeholders across the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include legal research, contract management, document preparation, and other tasks to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will play a critical role in protecting the company's interests and helping to facilitate smooth business operations.


Responsibilities


1. Contract Management: Assist in the preparation, review, and management of contracts,

agreements, and legal documents, ensuring they are accurate, compliant, and properly

executed.


2. Compliance Support: Assist in developing and implementing compliance programs.


3. Internal and External Communication: Communicate with internal stakeholders and

external parties, such as clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities, as needed.


4. Legal Research: Assist with legal research on various topics, including healthcare

regulations, intellectual property, and contract law, to provide informed and up-to-date advice

to the legal team.


5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized legal files, databases, and records.


6. Collaboration: Work closely with the legal team, cross-functional teams, and external legal

counsel to support legal initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals.


7. Intellectual Property: Support the management of the company's intellectual property

portfolio, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.


8. Confidentiality and Ethics: Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost

  • Discretion and maintain ethical standards at all times.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a paralegal in a law firm, corporate legal department, or relevant
  • Paralegal Certification (required).
  • Experience as a legal secretary or assistant or paralegal

setting, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with legal tools and databases.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, legal terminology, and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

$70,000 - $85,000
