About the role:

  • Headhunting specific candidates for relevant roles.
  • Networking, building relationships.
  • Negotiating salaries and terms of business.
  • Meeting with new clients to develop relationships.
  • Cold calling companies to promote recruitment services.


The ideal candidate:

  • A strong salesperson with a track record of winning new business.
  • 2+ years in a 360 recruitment role.
  • A winning mentality.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills.
