What you will do
- You will regularly contribute by managing program and provide status and update reports.
- You will also help in providing analysis of the market to support our growth strategy. Specific responsibilities include:
o Gather, analyze, and interpret data in support of project analysis.
o Establish a close working relationship with assigned team(s) to identify, track and align on activities development.
o Interface with stakeholders to gather data and present results of studies and analyzes.
o Develop and present findings to key stakeholders on key insights regarding market, technology & competitive intelligence trends and conditions impacting the Americas.
o Collaborate with other team members to support ad hoc or ongoing requests, projects and/or share information.
Qualifications
- Good communication skills (oral and written).
- Ability to be a self-starter, set priorities and collaborate with different parts of the organization (e.g., management, sales, product, marketing, etc.)
- Strong user of Power Bi, MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project (or other equivalent).
- Bachelor's or master's degree recent graduate with education in economics, data science or engineering.
- Ability to create reports and dashboards on Microsoft Power BI with different data sources (e.g., SalesForce).
- Ability to gather data from multiple, often disparate, sources and synthesize raw data into meaningful reports.
- Leading Execution.
- SharePoint, database or technology industry experience a plus.
- Results Orientation.
- Excellent with people and capable of interacting in a professional manner with colleagues and cross-functional team members, customers, and third-party agencies (as needed).
- Ability to manage and update data on Azure SQL Database.
- Adhering to Principles & Values.
- Teamwork: ability to work within a virtual team.
- Proficient in Python and R for data collection and cleaning tasks (highly desirable).
- Strong Project Management capabilities.
