JOB SUMMARY
Revance (Nasdaq: RVNC), is a commercial-stage biotechnology company focused on innovative aesthetic, therapeutic, and financial technology offerings, setting a new standard in healthcare.
Our Internship Program is typically scheduled as a 12-week program, designed to provide students the opportunity to get a better understanding of the Biotech Pharma industry and business strategy. This is a temporary position working up to 40 hours per week. This is an hourly paid internship.
The Interns will assist the company with tasks set out by various teams, such as research, data capturing, and working closely with different team members to learn more about the company. Revance Interns understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service. Also, Interns will rotate through our divisions of responsibility and provide ideas to grow and improve the business. Some projects our Interns participate in include business-focus projects to research; suggestions to management for improving customer focused as well as internal processes; learning and becoming proficient on internal software systems and assist in creating performance reports. The hourly rate for this internship will be $23 for undergraduate students and $26 per hour for Graduate-Level students.

EDUCATION
Minimum Required:
- Graduate Students
- Applicants must have legal work authorization in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
- All majors considered
- Current 3rd or 4th year students
Preferred:
- Undergrad or graduate student
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary dependent upon the department the intern is supporting but should include many of the below projects/tasks:
- Designing and executing a community service program
- Executing a group project with fellow interns
- Other duties as assigned
- Preparing presentations, reports, and analytics
- Collaborating with your peers to propose solutions to real business problems
- Participating in the mentoring sessions, guest speaker series, and training modules
