Global Procurement Director, Strategy & Transformation And Professional Services

This role is responsible for developing, aligning and implementing the sourcing strategy related with Professional Services, including Consulting, HR and Contingent Labor with a total managed spend expected to be ~$300MM annually. This leader will partner with key business functions to lead capability assessments, supplier evaluations & selection, negotiate rates, MSA's, SOW's for major strategic corporate projects. This role serves as the Sourcing & Procurement point for all consulting initiatives and collaborates on a routine basis with key PepsiCo leaders at LG4-7+ (VP - EVP) level to set agendas, strategies and implementation plans.
Responsibilities

• Manages a team of 4 employees:
• Develops, aligns, and executes all RFPs, often supporting complex and senior level programs. Leads Supplier evaluation and recommendation process. Process often includes LG4-7 stakeholders & decision makers from the PepsiCo's Strategy & Transformation and Human Resources functions.
• Manages Contingent (Temporary) Labor strategy for white collar workers and assists in the vendor management for all temp labor supplier partners
• Seamlessly implement the transition of certain sourcing accountabilities to PepsiCo's newly established GBS model
• 1 Manager; 3 Associate Managers
• Success will directly influence Sourcing & Procurement long term saving plan development and delivery with annual savings of ~$25MM
• Partners with the Strategy & Transformation function to continuously develop and align global ways of working, including evaluation and selection of preferred Consulting Partners.
• Implements sourcing plan for HR Services categories including: Benefits, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition & Talent Management
• Creates and delivers the road map to achieve corporate goals related to Supplier Racial Equality Journey
• Develops the sourcing strategy facilitating the selection of new potential suppliers either for strategic or tactical professional services. New entrants will enhance the competitive process with larger savings and improve quality for the services requested
• Develops competitive strategy including specific cost, capability, and service benchmarks, as well as best practices. Leads negotiations, alignment process and contract execution (with Sr. PepsiCo Leadership) for complex MSAs and SOWs. As a result of this, this role directly delivers strong benefits to PepsiCo, which otherwise would not be realized (ie. leading commercial conditions, exclusivity, direct rate reduction, and improved service levels/delivery)

Qualifications
Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, administration, or engineering is required; MBA preferred.
• Experience managing multiple direct reports
• Strong analytical skills required, finance background is desired
• 8+ years in proven experience in the procurement function or consulting industry
• Strong collaboration and people development capability
• Senior level executive maturity, presence, communication, and influencing skills
