Job Description

Outreach and Partnerships Manager requirements


5 Years working experience as an ISV Partnerships Manager in a software services company.


  • Must have strong experience in Lead Nurturing, Social Selling, Funnel development & Generating meetings through Inside Sales/ Calling team.
  • 5 Years of relevant experience in selling CRM/ CMS/ eCommerce/ Marketing Automation Platform Services and/or Customer Development/ Product Engineering Services
  • MBA in Sales / Marketing, Communication or similar relevant filed


  • Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners
  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner management.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and delivery functions.
  • Use partner network and generate sales.
  • Maintain and improvise the partnership levels.
  • Understand the offerings from Partners / Software Vendors
  • Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships.
  • Keep a great ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership.
  • Assess New Partnership Opportunities
  • Develop metrics to measure ROI from partnerships.
