  • A commercial mindset with an ability to uncover root causes of problems and deliver data-driven insights.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced and complex environment with the ability to deal with ambiguity and changing circumstances.
  • A deep understanding of the complexities of D&I across different cultures and geographies.
  • Analytical ability to analyse diversity & inclusion trends, issues and opportunities and align these to making practical suggestions for levers of change.
  • Experience in a D&I leadership role, preferably in a global organisation.
  • Strong communication skills along with an ability to build and leverage strong and meaningful working relationships internally and externally across a diverse stakeholder network.
  • Ability to think differently, test new ideas and challenge traditional approaches to D&I.
