• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
• Must have a proven track record of strategic sales growth - how do we find and grow new business, grow current clients, etc?
• Mentor & coach over 20 outside sales reps across all divisions.
• Previous B2B &/or B2C Sales Leadership experience.
• Work directly with ownership on strategic sales direction and guide the sales teams.
• You will Lead a team of up to 3 direct managers across the company’s B2B & B2C products.
• Have the proven ability to get sales teams on your strategic path (they love your leadership and will follow you anywhere).
