Typical Responsibilities:

• Awareness of restaurant finances.
• Willingness to listen to coaching.
• Develop management and hourly staff to build and increase sales over previous year
• Ability to organize and inspire a team towards a common goal.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Regularly works more than 40 hours per week, generally 40 to 45 hours per week, with five days on the job, and two days off work, as a general rule
• Excellent sales skills
• Can handle drastic swings in sales/production volume
• 3-5 years of Retail or Restaurant Management experience or related field
• Must be mature, confident, responsible, reliable, service oriented and have good judgment.
