- Assist in preparing and editing documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

- Provide exceptional customer service and serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in coordinating and executing virtual events, webinars, and conferences.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, with exceptional professionalism and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in administrative support or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or a related field is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
