Full Time Accountant - Greenville

We are a national leader in the commercial cleaning industry. We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our team in our Greenville office. This person will manage all accounting procedures to ensure TC Services and companies overall financial health. The ideal candidate has a strong background in accounting, excellent attention to detail and deep knowledge of regional laws/regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide general financial guidance - Interface confidentially with both leadership and clients to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Manage all accounting procedures and processes - Maintain financial reports, records and general ledgers for consistent bookkeeping and budgetary analysis.
• Ensure overall financial compliance - Examine tax policies, manage tax payments/returns and prepare for audits based on regional and industry-specific

Requirements:

• Familiarity with accounting software preferred (QB online)
• Ability to handle information confidentially
• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Proven experience meeting regular deadlines
• Strong math skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in accounting field
• Deep knowledge of accounting principles

Hours: Monday Through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
