Job Description
  • Conduct accounts receivable/payable functions including invoicing, deposits, collections & to provide additional accounting support to the Controller
  • Communicate with customers & vendors when issues arise
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Reconcile accounts, process customer payments, and make deposits
  • Actively reconcile bills & invoices ensuring appropriate pricing, parts numbers & quantities are all accurate & identifying discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate customer & vendor accounts
  • Reconcile accounts, process customer payments, and make deposits
  • Use proper accounting practices
  • General Ledger postings and reconciliations
  • Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
  • Strong knowledge of General Ledger
  • Notify senior staff of any errors found
  • Verifying all A/P and A/R account accuracy
