Medical Receptionist: provides assistance to patients, doctor, office employees, and other individuals. This employee helps the office run smoothly by greeting, checking-in, checking out, answering phones, and collecting payments from patients.
Job Duties:
  • Answering phones
  • Greeting Patients
  • Great communication skills with staff and patients
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Prior Medical Experience is preferred but not required
  • Medical Insurance Knowledge
  • Scheduling Patients
  • Computer skills and ability to work in EMR
  • Authorizations and Referrals
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8:30-5:30 and Friday 2nd shift 1-5 (Can possibly change to 1st shift 9-12).
