Aloha! Four Seasons Resorts Lana'i is seeking a Front Desk Manager

JOIN OUR 'OHANA

The Director of Front Office directs and controls the activities of the Front Desk, Telephone, Guest Services, Guest Relations and Concierge Departments ensuring a superior experience for our guests. The Director of Front Office will work across all of the Room Divisions Departments to ensure the arrival, rooming, billing, and departure processes are aligned with Four Seasons benchmark standards. They oversee a team of Assistant Managers and Front Office staff, ensuring accurate communication and follow-up on any problems, guest requests, and special requirements. They will ensure all Front of House Employees within the Rooms Division are in adherence of company grooming policies and representative of a luxury establishment. They will oversee all VIP and Special Attention arrivals, transfers, and departures are handled in a smooth, accurate, efficient and proactive manger.

What We Look For:

Ideal candidates will have at least three to five years of management experience within Rooms Operations in a luxury hospitality setting. The leader in this role will have the ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote positive public relations, and handle concerns, or special requests for guests. Knowledge of full cycle Rooms operations, labor control, and accounting as well as proficiency in hotel property managements systems (Opera, Golden, Workday, HotSOS, Micros Fidelio, Microsoft Office) is essential. Ability to follow Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures is a must. Excellent knowledge of product, strong communication skills - written and verbal and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Some additional preferred qualifications for the role include a college degree specializing in hotel/hospitality management, and experience working in a union environment.

US work authorization is required unless candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location. Current Four Seasons managers may qualify for L-1 visa sponsorship.
