Social Media Coordinator (6Mth Contract)

We are seeking an Interim Social Media Coordinator (6 month contract) to develop and implement our Social Media strategy, enhancing our online presence and maximizing our marketing and fundraising efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stay informed about the latest social media best practices and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
• Define and track key social media KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure informative and visually appealing content.
• Engage with industry professionals and influencers through social media to build a robust network.
• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy in collaboration with the Marketing & Development departments and other relevant teams.
• Utilize social media marketing and scheduling tools for efficient content distribution.
• Oversee and manage social media content, ensuring its quality and relevance.
• Provide constructive feedback and insights to improve our social media initiatives.

Requirements:

• Video editing experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in social media management or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media best practices and emerging trends.
• Familiarity with various social media platforms, analytics, and scheduling tools.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
